An amazing frypan!
I wanted a no stick but not, nonstick frypan and this one had great reviews. It was a bit pricy so I bought the smaller frypan. I love it so much I will not hesitate to buy the larger one. Nothing sticks to it, it browns beautifully and had not stained at all.

over the past tens years or so, i have gone through a lot of small frying pans. but no matter how well you treat these pans, i have found they by the 2nd or 3rd year, they loose some coating and the eggs start to stick. i bought 2 different pans this time and tested this pan a few times before trying the other company’s pan. this pan is slightly smaller at 7.5 inches, as i usually go with 8″ pans. so far it is doing the job. food is sliding right out.this pan comes with the handle detached and a nice screwdriver.. easy to put it together and the screwdriver is not a piece of junk. definitely a keeper tool.be warned not to use cooking sprays– use a little margarine– i found country crock now sells a small bottle of liquid margarine. and be sure to use the rubber spatula .

This is my second skillet from them. Easy to clean & non stick. Eventually I did burn something in my first one & had to Scrub it with a scrubbing sponge. Things do tend to stick in it now but I just rub some EVOO on it before I cook now.

So far so good. Eggs don’t stick!! Great for grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. I immediately wipe it out with paper towel after using. Let cool down before washing by hand.
