Great skillet
I bought this pan to replace my original egg skillet. I actually tried it without using any butter or oil and as long as you keep the temperature medium low as per the instructions you honestly can cook an egg without any oil or butter.

Excellent Pan
This pan has the best nonstick surface of any pan I have ever owned. I cook eggs in it every morning and the eggs slide out of the pan without any oil, spray, etc. For the price, seems like a well constructed pan. Due to the nonstick surface cleaning can be done with a quick wipe with a paper towel if you do desire.

On my first try cooking 2 eggs I followed directions and used no oil and lo heat per the instructions. The eggs stuck pretty good to the pan. One came unstuck largely intact, the other a little less so and the yolk broke. Both eggs were singed brown on the bottom.2nd try I used just enough oil (about the size of a dime) to coat the bottom and wiped it around the entire surface with my fingers making sure it was all coated. You almost couldn’t tell there was oil on it but you could feel it. HUGE difference. When the eggs were ready to be turned I shook the pan and they were already loose. ZERO stick. Flipped and zero stick. They were great eggs.After the first use I still have to add oil every time.

Seemed good at first, not as nonstick as I was hoping, cleaning wasn’t any easier than other materials like stainless steel, glass, or enamel. Didn’t last. I stopped using it after 6 months due to too many scratches in the coating. I wash my dishes using a soft sponge and only used a silicone spatula while cooking so there’s no reason for the coating to not perform better than this.

Wouldnât but again a sit feels so cheap and light. Nothing has burned and it works but it doesnât feel durable. Havenât used many times so maybe Iâm wrong?

I purchased this pan because it was advertised as dishwasher safe. However, after washing it in the dishwasher, I noticed the outer silver layer became discolored in some areas. Iâm quite disappointed with this outcome. Unfortunately, Iâm currently unable to upload a picture, but I wanted to share my experience. I would advise others to double-check with the manufacturer about dishwasher use before purchasing.
