Perfect for half size loaves.
I bought these to make pumpkin bread. I looked for a long time for pans that would make half size loaves, and these are perfect. For anyone who is interested in the volume of the 9.29 X 3.7 pans, as I was but couldn’t find an answer to, they hold 3.5 cups. My regular loaf pans hold 6 cups, so these are perfect for half size loaves. I made 3 batches of pumpkin bread today to give as gifts. I used Bakers Joy to coat the pans, even though these are non-stick pans. I think they may have stuck some if I hadn’t, as is usually the case with other non-stick pans I have used. I always coat my pans whether they are non-stick or not. The bread fell right out of the pans, and they washed easily. I am very happy with these pans.

Perfect size
I have been looking forever for a loaf pan that is smaller than the regular loaf but not a mini and this size is perfect!! I love making sweet breads for gifts and this size pan is a good size but not too much to eat and not too little. I also bought a second set for my mom.

I have enjoyed the size and how easy these are to clean up. I am disappointed though that the sides are getting worn and not as smooth. It’s like the coating is coming off. I do only wash these by hand and don’t let them soak in the dish water like the directions say.

I tried making plum bread. I expected the pan to release the loaf with gentle persuasion, but I had to practically dig it out.I have non-stick skillets that everything just slides off. Not these. Very disappointing.Update: After about 10 uses the non-stick coating on the inside is now basically gone. This time of year I use the fruit from my plum trees to make mini-loaves of plum bread for neighbors and friends. I uploaded a second picture to show the state of the pans when I finished.If you butter/flour the pans in the traditional way then they work fairly well, and the coating makes cleanup a lot easier than a non-coated pan. Unfortunately the coating is typical of most “non-stick” bakeware – it’s not really non-stick, and wears off after a few uses. Note these were cleaned with just liberal soap, hot water and a rubber sponge. Nothing abrasive was ever used on them.

This product will be used for making breads. It will be a gift to my sister who is the banana bread queen! The package of pans, came delivered in a protective box. Because of that, the pans were in good shape. I think they’ll work out great.
