I LOVE this electric kettle. I’ve been dying for a temperature controlled kettle for years now. I found this one on sale and pounced. I wanted a goose neck because it overs a more controlled pour. It boils quickly, and it gave clear instructions and several warnings about it gathering hard water stains but maybe my water isn’t too bad because I have yet to clean said water stains. It gave instructions on how to clean the kettle if it got stains. The heating controls are nice, you can choice between fahrenheit or celsius. The deal I got gave me lots of value for my money. It is safe, I unplug it when I am not using it. I find it to be decently rust resistant.

It looks great and has worked very well so far, I have yet to test how accurate the thermostat is but it seems to make coffee well.The volume is just slightly too small for two separate portions of coffee. However, if i need to add more water it reheats relatively quickly.

DANGEROUS PRODUCT
DO NOT BUY! The first time I used this kettle, I picked it up from the base plate when the water finished boiling. I immediately saw a puddle of water on the base plate. I began pouring water from the spout at which time water also began pouring out from the hole on the bottom of the kettle where the switch is. I received 1st and 2nd degree burns. DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PRODUCT!

Cuento con otro hervidor similiar, mas robusto, pero ese es directo a la estufa, lo cual demora mas tiempo en calentar, asi como en estar regulando la temperatura.Me costo un poco al inicio acostumbrarme al peso, ya que es aproximadamente la mitad de peso de mi otro hervidor.Lo uso en promedio de 2-4 veces al dia para preparacion de metodos, como Chemex, Aeropress y Flair. En todos teniendo un excelente resultador. A mi parecer podria funcionar en una barra de cafe especializado o un pequeño negocio.
