The Very Best Crockpot Liners
PanSaver Slow Cooker Liners are, without a doubt, the very best slow cooker liners on the market. I’ve been using them for some time now, so I can say this with experience behind me. First, they have a much higher heat tolerance than any other liner out on the market, and I’ve tried them all. The problem with most liners is that unless you keep the slow cooker down very low, the liner MELTS down, and by definition, goes into the food that you are cooking. Yuck! These have NEVER melted on me, and my slow cooker is not the typical porcelain pot, but is metal instead, so the heat comes through to it from the heating element at a much higher degree level. So that’s the first thing I like about these liners–they just don’t melt. The second thing I like is the elasticized edge on it. I always put in water into the pot before I put in the liner, but it ALWAYS cooks away or evaporates away by the time the food has been cooked. With this elasticized edge, there is considerably more liquid left in the pot between the pot and the liner, so the liner, again, just doesn’t stick to the pot itself. Other bags are completely opened and have nothing to keep the evaporation down, so the water disappears quite quickly. Not so with the PanSaver. This also makes it easier to clean the pot because nothing sticks to it. That’s the second thing I like about this liner and those two features are about enough for me to stick with the PanSaver for a very long time. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the price on the PanSaver through Amazon was quite a bit more than at the market where I purchase it. The reason that I got it through Amazon was that I just got out of the hospital and couldn’t go shopping, so this was very handy for me. If this is the only place you can get these, then BUY them! They’re worth it to know that your plastic liners aren’t melting into your food, but if you can get it locally for less money–much better.

NO CLEAN UP AND NO COOKED ON CRUST, AMAZING!!!!!
Talk about easy clean up…these are amazing! The elastic band is an added plus to help hold the liners securly in place. When the food and crock pot had cooled I pulled it out of and put it directly into the trash. No muss no fuss and a quick wipe down of the inside of the pot and the exterior of the cooker and back it went into my cabinet. We use this in our small motor home and the sink is equally small so this was a wonderful discovery. I do recommend that you are careful with the types of implements you use as it might be easy to puncture the liners, but I had no problems and will order more of these for future use. My husband is the one who does 90% of the dishes and he was delighted with how easy the clean up was with these. In the past cleaning the crock pot has always been his least favorite task, and he suggested I make sure I never run out of these in the future.

Definately saves on clean up
It looks funny, and if you like to take pictures of your food and post them on the internet then it really takes away the beauty of the food cooking inside. But that’s not why we buy these, right. We buy these so we don’t have to soak our slow cooker and use elbow grease to clean them afterwards. This product wins every award for functionality, and they actually hold up!

The Sure Fit band on these slow cooker liners is GENIUS! I’d tried the Reynolds (most common brand available at superstores) liners, and they just weren’t cutting it. My biggest problem was that the top of the bag would not hold over the edge of my extra-large 8-qt. slow cooker, leaving a mess that made the bags nearly pointless. My crock insert still needed to be completely soaked and washed after each use. Then, Amazon suggested this product to me, and I gave it a shot. So glad I did! These bags work so well that I just ordered 3 more boxes since my slow cooker’s my favorite appliance for winter cooking.I haven’t noticed any melting issues with these bags, but I tend to use the “low and slow” method, keeping my cooker set at “warm” or “low” for an extended amount of time until my recipe is cooked. The size of these bags is nearly perfect for my big cooker. At 8 qts, I expected to have trouble fitting the liners comfortably, but they fit just fine and hold when completely full.

Really Great When Your Kitchen is MIA
These slow-cooker liners have been really handy during renovation of my kitchen! Normally I wouldn’t even think of using these, because while bulky, heavy and awkward, the ceramic liner of my 6.5 qt. All Clad slow-cooker is not difficult to clean. Now that I’m reading that sentence back….maybe I should stock up on these for the future! With the elasticized top edge and generous size, there is no problem getting the liner in place, unlike the “R” brand available everywhere or the one that the “bed bath” store sells; both were a very tight fit for my pot. I’ve had no issues with tearing or leakage, either.

Alters the taste of your food
I do a lot of cooking in the crockpot so I was super excited to receive these, hoping clean up would become a 1000 times easier; and while clean up is much easier, the liners leave behind this weird burnt plastic taste on the food so I will not be buying them again.

I don’t know where I have been for so long, but I had no idea about these liners for crock pots. I have been nursing for almost 35 years and have always been rushed. I simply never took the time to look for anything of this sort. I have recently been home for an extended period of time due to a medical condition and I have been lookingup recipies and spending more time in the kitchen. During my crock pot recipie search, I noticed a picture with what appears to be a liner. I went directly to amazon, searched and here they were. I purchased one box thinking how will these things ever hold a large roast, soup, etc To my surprise, they have and I have since ordered more boxes. Never again will I be cooking in my crock pot without these liners that fit perfectly and are super strong. NO dissappointment here and nothing bad to say.
