Arrived bent because of poor Amazon packing
I have this rack and ordered another one because I like its size and height. However, it arrived in a box with a 10 lb box of Tide laundry detergent and did not fare well. The Tide ended up with puncture holes from the rack’s legs and the rack was bent because of the heavy Tide box falling on it. The rack I have already is very sturdy and I use it a lot which is why I ordered another one. It is fairly easy to clean with just a little soaking to get the cookie crumbs off it. It was just no match for Tide though.

Great product as advertised
Got some cookies to cool…this is the one. I felt compelled to write a review because of pricing. I looked at this when it was around $3 and put it in my “to buy later” area thinking it was not urgent and I do that when something is small or cheap so as to combine it with other products. Saves shipping material, transportation, etc. Less carbon footprint. Well when I was ready with other items this was over $11! I used my camel add-on app to track the pricing…and it came back down within a week, but if I wasn’t paying attention I would have spent four times (bought two) the amount I should have. Watch for pricing on this. Four stars for value and functionality. Not worth $23 for two though….

All are extremely well made, durable, easy to clean, and not over-priced. If basic instructions and common sense are used, they will last and work well. This oven cooling rack is no exception. It’s well made, nicely finished, doesn’t have any weird coating that flakes off, and is quick and simple to clean. It does the job for which it’s intended – allowing hot items from the oven to cool evenly, extremely well. Buy 2. Or 3, if you’re an eager baker. You’ll find uses for them. (I made one into a wall-hanging rack for pots, using S-hooks. But that’s another story) I don’t know of another product that’s such good value, and darn near indestructible. Yes toy wire “cooling racks” can be found at the $ shops – the kind that rust or fall apart quickly. This item will not do that. Very useful, durable and good value. 5 Stars.
