I love it! I’ve saved so much money from my Starbucks addiction
Every morning I take out my latte I made the previous night and the quality is still great! I always make two shots but some days I feel like I should have made 4 lol! (And some days I have made 4 shots…)It’s so easy to use and clean. Haven’t experienced any leaks, I would just recommend making certain the cap and brew handle is on properly. Also when you release the pressure, make sure the wand is aimed over the catch tray because it is hot!

I took a risk on this after seeing some sketchy reviews about them blowing up. I simply couldnât spend a fortune on a better one. Iâve had no issues so far but I do follow the directions super closely. Itâs been about 2 weeks and Iâm enjoying the machine.Iâve used it to make cappuccinos, lattes and milk steamers for my kids. It gets hot enough and seems to work well. I plan to hold on to the box in case anything goes south before the return date. I will update this if it breaks.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have had different Mr. Coffee espresso machines over the years so I’m no stranger to how to use them and the effectiveness of them. Sadly the one I’ve been using for about a year now died yesterday morning. Just would turn on anymore. I purchased this one and was delivered same day. This morning while making my drink it EXPLODED! For your safety please do NOT buy this maker!

This makes a pretty great latte. Really easy to use and great for the price. My main gripe with it is how long it takes. Making espresso is around 3 minutes and steaming milk is around 4 minutes. With prep and cleanup it takes me 10 minutes to make a latte. I need it to be faster!

good easy STEAM espresso maker easier than some others
this is a STEAM espresso coffee maker..so steam is HOT..Professiona style espresso use hot water at about 198. but these do make good coffee..in just a few minutes and with no troubles…the portafilter holds enough for a full large cup..(no cup comes with it). So makes one full cup at a time..then you refill water,and empty then refill the portafilter for another cup. The portafilter is tight..for first week or so of use..TIGHT..but eases up. The fill lid is MUCH easier to tighten than the Capresso Steam…I sent that one back because of the impossible water fill lid..shape. The portafilter goes on and off hard when new..over time it loosens a little..do not leave it on tight when not in use except at first to loosen up…as on tight many times will end up making too loose. It does take two hands to get the portafilter on and off. Saying again–simple fast STEAM espresso..so all steam espressos are too hot for truly great coffee..but its quick and easy.

Who engineered this thing?
Iâd like to know what dei hire engineered this thing! The filter basket that holds the coffee grounds is literally impossible âalmostâ to attach to the machine. Youâre supposed to swivel it onto the upper portion which is the water tank. Iâve been making espresso at home with a couple different machines. My last one was a bella, the one before that was another brand (which I couldnât find to replace it). In neither of these was it difficult to attach the filter. They were both inexpensive. This machine makes a decent espresso but the extreme fail in the ease of placing the filter basket is a no-go for me. One literally has to grip the machine with a very firm grasp and try to pull with your other hand to swivel (and swivel isnât the right word because it would mean itâs easy, which it isnât) it into locking position. Would not recommend.

Some other reviewers have complained that this coffee maker “explodes” when removing the portafilter after brewing their coffee. I’ve found that it’s best to just let the machine sit and cool down before removing the portafilter.I would also say that the coffee produced by this machine isn’t really espresso. There’s no creama. In a sense, it more resembles a stand alone moka pot. That said, it produces a decent cup of coffee.

Amazingly disappointing. Used it on day one and it worked great and was excellent espresso. Day two the light comes on but no espresso comes out. Beyond frustrating.
