I bought these for easier cleaning after baking mini muffins or crustless quiches and for that they are great. I tested one tray sprayed and one not and found much better results using a vegetable spray. They are a breeze to clean.They must be placed on a cookie sheet prior to filling and the cups hold their shape very well.I made mini crustless quiches first. The tops were golden so I removed them from the oven and let them sit for about 10 min to set up prior to removal. The sprayed ones popped out easily although the bottoms and sides were very moist. I let them air dry but was unsatisfied with the result so I placed them on a sheet pan and returned them to the oven to brown up a bit which was a success.I recently made blueberry muffins with similar results but I didnât rebake them until this morning. They were very pale and too mushy and I was afraid the berries would get rotten. After baking for about 10 minutes they are a golden brown and perfect.Please allow the product to cool slightly for easier removal and also allow extra time for exterior browning in the oven. The results are well worth it. No matter how I scrubbed the old metal pans they were never as clean as I preferred. These are spotless and easy to store. The time spent cooling and then rebaking the product is less than the time it took me to soak and scrub the metal muffin tins so itâs well worth the prep extra time. I no longer dread cleaning the pans and mentally adjust the total baking time which I found can be done a day or so later if necessary.** I would like to give the product 5 or more stars but in fairness to others itâs necessary to note that extra time and baking adjustments are necessary. I would not hesitate recommending them acknowledging the above suggestions.UPDATE- After using numerous times, I am completely satisfied. I used a very heavy baking sheet that I think interfered with the cooking process. I switched to an lighter Airbake sheet and the results are perfect. Yesterday I made some cheese crips that turned out perfectly. I put them in the dishwasher without rinsing, knowing it wouldnât be run until evening. They are spotless!

Using for egg bites
Iâve probably made 10-12 dozen egg bites using this mold. Shape has held up, looks the same as when it was brand new. Really are perfect for egg bites because when they are done, they slip right out and donât stick like they do in aluminum pans.Easy to wash. I brush or wipe off any food that might have stuck to the rim and then stick in the bottom rack of dishwasher.Really happy with these. Glad I bought them.

Love the color but no instructions
These babies did not come with any instructions in the packaging. I didn’t know you needed to place them on a cookie sheet. I had a mess the first time I used them. But they’re a great color and decent quality. Easy to clean. It was just annoying to not have the instructions in the packaging. I had to look it up on Amazon to find it. So otherwise it’d be five stars.

Perfect for mini muffins
This tray is absolutely perfect for mini muffins. Flimsy so you wont be able to transfer it alone but the 2 trays fit perfect on my oversized cookie sheet.

Perfect Egg Bites!
These were exactly what I was looking for for my egg bites! No more mess to clean from a metal tray. No more wasting half the egg stuck to the pan! These worked perfectly for making eggs! I immediately washed them and used them out of the box to make a dozen egg bites and not a single one got stuck! Itâs super easy to clean too. My dairy free cheese melts kinda weird so the cheese melted onto the silicone but it didnât stick! It wiped right off easily. On my metal trays I would have had to scrub. This has been a lifesaver for my breakfast prep! And the price for 2 of them canât be beaten. I agree with other reviewers – put it on a cookie sheet for stability or it will bend and spill. See how eat eggs pop right out of this mold with no mess and no sticking. Just one hand pushing on the bottom and they pop right out clean!

Best tray for baking!
I love these muffin trays! I switched to this after doing some research when I found out non-stick is bad. Now these are my favorite thing to bake with! They’re so easy – no spray or oiling or greasing, and everything I’ve made pops out so easily. Also all my recipes stay way more moist, they don’t dry out easily like with a metal pan.

be sure to put on a sheet pan before filling as the sides of this muffin pan is very flimsy and will spill the ingredients if not properly supported.i wish it had a wire in the sides to help it be more sturdy.but the good news is that they pop out very easily when done cooking

These were a fantastic buy!! I read other reviews and people are right, make sure you put them on a cookie sheet prior to filling molds. But they are easy, wash great and the kids love the size of mini muffins!

I love baking mini muffins, but it is such a pain to clean mini muffin tin pans without cupcake liners. So I finally got these silicone muffin pans and I must say – I do not regret purchasing these! I can easily pop out the mini muffins once baked and clean extra crumbs that may stick!I just place a cookie sheet underneath before popping in the oven to make it easier to take off after.Good quality – affordable price

If you wash them with hot soapy water as directed, the chemical smell disappears. These work great, I put them on a cookie sheet for stability and the results were just as expected.
