    Very sharp nice and great price
    Hard to to find a quality knife for the price. These have been my go to knife in the kitchen due to their sharpness and comfortable handle. The steel does rust if you don’t dry them completely. Other than that, with proper care, knifes made by them have been great.

    Great knives for the money
    Cleaver: absolutely loved it right out of the box. Feels solid, very heavy, razor sharp. Felt good to use.Dividing knife: also really nice right out of the box. No complaints.Chef’s knife: less impressed with this one, though it’s still nice after some work. The wood scales were smaller than the tang, so it was a little uncomfortable to hold. I ended up taking a Dremel to it to make everything flush and smooth and then refinished the handle. It came plenty sharp, but it will probably be resharpened in the near future. The bevel is kind of rounded and goes right to the edge.The steel for all three is pretty nice. It keeps it edge. Haven’t had any issues with rust, but I wash and dry them right after using and they don’t stay wet long.

    Beautiful knife and sharp
    This knife arrived and the quality build is top notch. Blade is a bit heavy which is great for chopping. It’s also very sharp. I think there’s a knife for every purpose and this one would be for chopping meats and veggies. Since the blade is a bit thick, it’s not as good for slicing. You can slice, but you won’t get thin slices if that’s what you intend it for.As a pro tip, after each use I would rub olive oil on the blade. This prevent it from rusting and keeps it looking brand new. I just rinse it before each use and I wash and wipe it dry after each use. Then just rub some olive oil on it and store it away.

    Can’t believe these don’t cost more than what they were
    I originally bought these three knives in addition to the Serbian cleaver that was packaged with it. I can say that I am so happy that I got these three as well I originally intended to use these as a spare set for barbecuing or camping. I now have these knives on my knife block as my main used cooking knives inside my home for the reason that they are extremely sharp comfortable easy to clean and durable. These remind me of expensive Henkels or Chicago knives they feature everything that an expensive MasterChef knife set would include including full tang construction Three rivets in the handles, and a quality steel pommel on the butt of the knife. I also add the control of the knife is very well due to the taper between the blade and the handle. Definitely worth the money give these a shot I recommend it you won’t be disappointed.

    What a knife for the price! You could cut a whole bovine in half with this thing! Best part, it’s high carbon, NOT stupid stainless steel!!! No dishwasher. When finished using this knife, hand wash,dry, then coat with a thin layer of olive oil. Don’t be lazy people. Stainless steel knives are for chumps

    These knives are sharp and so comfortable to use. I never thought I would be discussing the comfort for a knife set. Very nice and very balanced and weighted. This is hard to describe, when you pick them up, they have weight to them, but once you start slicing, cutting they are so balanced and comfortable to use. I see people say they are not sharp. Mine is very sharp. I have to be very careful. I do not put them in the dishwasher, I do not leave them in the. Sink in soapy water. I rinse right away and use gentle soap on a cloth to clean, rinse with hot water then wipe right away and they go back into the very nice box they arrived in. I have no issues with declining sharpness and I even cut right on my stone counters. Very happy

    Als ich den einstelligen Preis sah, dachte ich mir, dass lässt du mal kommen, kann man ja entsorgen oder an Schwiegermutter verschenken. Aber daraus wurde nichts. Als ich es auspackte und in die Hand nahm, war ich von der extrem hochwertigen Haptik verblüfft! Die Klinge ist sehr massiv und war sehr scharf geschliffen, aber nicht abgezogen. Daher versagte es beim obligatorischen Papiertest.Das Messer wiegt exakt 349,7 Gramm und ist nichts für Frauenhände, die Schalotten schneiden wollen, sondern es ist ganz klar ein Messer für grobe Arbeiten. Aufgrund der doch recht dicken Klinge, werden Karotten nicht geschnitten, sondern deutlich hör- und fühlbar, gespalten! Also bitte nicht vom Werbevideo täuschen lassen!Nach dem kurzen (6-7 mal pro Seite) Abzug auf einem meiner feinen Wetzstähle, wurde der Papiertest bestanden. Das Messer war dann wirklich sehr scharf, für eine Klinge dieser Art. Das Schneiden von Tomaten, Fleisch, Salat und andere weiche Materialien, erledigt das Messer mit Bravour. Kein Anlaß für Kritik. Auch Paprikaschoten ließen sich hervorragend zerlegen. Kräuter können aufgrund der starken Krümmung gut mit dem Wiegeschnitt zerkleinert werden.Aber machen wir uns nichts vor. Das Messer ist zu schwer und unhandlich, um es dauerhaft in der Küche als Standardmesser zu nutzen. Gerade zierliche Frauen werden hier schnell ermüden. Es ist ein Männerspielzeug.Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, gemessen am Preis eigentlich unmöglich gut, weil selbst der Echtholzgriff schon den Preis wert wäre. Das Messer lässt sich sehr gut reinigen und ist optisch ausgesprochen schön und wirkt sehr wertig. Ein ganz leichter Linksverzug der Klinge, die man aber nur erkennt, wenn man das Messer entlang einer geraden Linie legt, wäre der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich hier anbringen kann.Man könnte zusammenfassend sagen, dass es eher ein Hackbeil, als ein Messer ist. Aber in der Summe weitaus vielseitiger zu nutzen ist. Da der Stahl nicht rostfrei ist, muss man entsprechend aufpassen, dass es nicht im Wasser liegen bleibt oder in der Waschküche gelagert wird. Wenn es längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, sollte man es mit einem leichten Ölfilm (Sonnenblumenöl) versehen, indem man es mit ölgetränktem Küchenkrepp abreibt.Absolut uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung. Für den aufgerufenen Preis wäre es eine Schande, es nicht zu kaufen. Selbst als Dekorationselement wäre es ein Hingucker. TOP!!!!Nachtrag: Perfekt geeignet, um eine Knollenellerie zu “schälen”, da die Klinge entsprechend robust ist und sich überraschend gut durch die Knolle schneidet.
