Newly needed parts
Very nice pan. Shiny like chrome. Very easy to assemble and Very easy to adjust. Super easy to clean. Caught tray in the bottom is easy to empty and get to. The 3 pieces need some kind of heat resistant seal to go in between them so they don’t leak out of the bottom. The pieces are well built and are definitely designed to last. I took some aluminum foil and stuffed in the seam where the pieces come together so it wouldn’t leak. Overall a good replacement part for my out of date grill.

Great weight and adjustable for a perfect ft. Instructions on how to adjust would have been nice but easy enough to figure out. (Just loosen screws and the 2 sides will slide along a slit cut into 1 panel and then you can just tighten it back when you have it adjusted to the correct size.) We were able to adjust this to a perfect fit replacement. We’re happy with the weight of the metal and value. Recommend.

Did NOT fit my Dyna Glo 5 burner grill
The adjustable width is great, definitely can be changed to fit the right grill width… The pan is really deep (nearly 1 inch), and has a wide flange on the side, so it only goes in a specific way. My Dyna Glo grill clearly fits this flange style, but it has to be a shorter height. The Dyna Glo grooves allow for about 0.75″ while this b product is closer to 0.9″.The only way to get it to for would be to bend back the groove guard on my grill, or cut off the edge lip of this pan at the corner so it fits the groove.It looks great, pretty easy to assemble, just not universal fit for Dyna Glo like advertised.Edit: after my review, the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund, while giving suggestions how to make the tray fit – with pictures!It still doesn’t quite work because of the way the Dyna Glo slots fit – the tray may fall if bumped hard since the tray lip isn’t as wide as the groove needs.Updating from 3 to 4 stars due to great customer service

nicely made, good quality, fits in our vintage Char Broil grill though it is wider than original so it sticks out in the back, but who cares about that? I can’t find anything closer to fit, so this will have to do. thank you.

Just what I needed
Tried to see if my original pan could be salvaged by soaking in vinegar. Unfortunately by the next day, although it was much easier to scrape, I noticed it was just rusted through so I decided to replace. This one looked sturdy and it was exactly what I expected when it arrived. Was a nice sturdy material, easy to assemble and adjust based on the width I needed and it came with a little drip pan for underneath. Only down side is the protective plastic. I think because if the heat, it made the plastic adhere to the metal so it was a slight challenge to peel up the corner but once I got a hold of it, was no problem. Canât wait for my other parts to come and itâll practically be a brand new grill. Great price and great quality. Definitely recommend – the fact that it can be adjusted in length to fit any other future grills is a plus. A nice ROI.

Instead of tossing my old charbroil style, but I bought it from Aldi grill I was able to put this in the bottom and I took a ton of photos showing you the differences and measurements and things plus my bloody bandage from getting my finger skin almost cut completely off, so donât stick your finger in the hole on itIâll do my best to try to upload construction photos and hints of how to play it safeIt is very nice and it fits wonderfully and it brought life into a grill so by investing $100 I donât have to go out and buy a $300 infrared grillThe work is phenomenal and I used to be a machinist so Iâm very pleased with all of the bendsI highly recommend this unit is one of the nicest ones I could find and being able to adjust it.
