Well made, sturdy. Deep sides a plus for sheet pan meals. Nice kitchen addition for big batch cookie baking, too. Needs almost entire rack in standard sized oven.

REALLY big
This is great pan/cookie sheet, but it is quite large. I love the size but storage is an issue. I currently keep it in my oven when not using it but am still adjusting to remembering to remove it when pre-heating my oven. Looking forward to using it to make my turkey this Thanksgiving instead of my old roasting pan (it’s lower sides allow for crisper skin to develop).

Bought this to make Ina Garten’s large-batch brownie recipe, but have also used it for other recipes. Very happy that instead of using two pans, I could fit everything on this one large pan. The. sides of the pan being higher than a regular sheet pan are a big advantage for some recipes.

This pan is great for big batch baking for any occasion, like enchiladas. Everything was cooked evenly which tells me the thickness and heat distribution of the pan are good. Itâs flat-bottom so very easy to clean. Youâll definately get a lot of bang for your buck with this pan.

This is a very nice baking pan however the 14″x20″ baking rack I bought to use with it does not fit properly inside the pan.
