    I bought this as part of a Mother’s Day gift to my wife, and we’ve enjoyed it so much. I also feel like this is a great value for the money.I do want to mention that the bamboo top cracked a bit down the middle, but it’s nothing that has caused worry or affected the tea experience for us, just something to note.I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to try gong fu style tea – this style of brewing really has opened my eyes to how good tea can be, and this set is where that appreciation started.

    I have no complaints. It’s adorable, very small. Built well. No leaks. Easy to use. Very good for small room, functions easy. One small thing, it isn’t too easy to clean the tea pot, as it has small holes to filter out the loose leaf tea.

    Worth it for the tray alone
    Items arrived damaged which was a bit of a disappointment. Several pieces of the set were chipped and case was skuffed in a way I couldnt clean off. The tray came unsealed so i recommend waxing the wood to prevent warping but besides that I love useing the tray and it has become an every day staple. It is a beautiful set. The size is perfect for gongfu. Its great for a trip to the wilderness. Very easy to use.

    Don’t Take the Gamble
    People are saying that things are arriving broken, I took a gamble, and unfortunately bit the dust. People are blaming broken items on shipping, but I have a suspicion that it’s more related to quality control, the case and travel box are pristine in condition, yet the items inside are damaged. The items were firmly cradled in place with no signs of the damage being caused by them dislodging and bouncing around. Which leads to believe that the manufacturer simply has poor quality control, and ships out damaged goods. I should’ve listened to the reviews, now my friends late Christmas gift is going to be even more late than it already was.
