Good Large Bowls
Ok, so these are not ramekins (the listing says ârakeminsâ). They are not your usual sized ramekins.But they are good for ovens. They performed well when I used them in my oven.Hence, if you need a large bowl (larger than ramekin) that is oven safe then these are great.Thank you.

Fantastic performance so far.
I cannot give these five stars because the bottom of the bowl is not fully glazed. My Corningware does have glaze around the entirety of the bowl, and includes information for whether it’s safe or microwaves, dishwashers, et cetera.This, however, does not have any of this at the base. It simply has an imprint of the company “Cinf” in unfinished porcelain.That is really disappointing, because everything else about these are actually fantastic! I have microwaved really hot soups in these things, and the handles stay perfectly cool while the rest of the bowl stays hot. They easily wash in a dishwasher with no issues at all, and they do stack into each other a bit and store pretty easily for their size.Honestly, if they just finished making these and really put in just that tiniest bit of effort to include information on the base of the bowl, this would have easily been a 5 star product.As it stands, I would get these on sale because they are phenomenal performers, but simply did not make it to the finish line to warrant the full price.

Very well made, I love the size, and I can’t wait to use them for my own custard recipe.
I was very pleased when the UPS man brought these to me. I used to take care of people in my own adult foster home and sometimes they’d need nutrition but not be able to eat much. I’d make them custard from scratch using heavy cream and eggs, nutmeg lightly sprinkled on top, and raw sugar and real vanilla. Sometimes a grating of lemon rind on top. It would be quite fattening if anyone were to eat it very much but for someone who can’t eat much of anything, at least they get protein and nutrition and it’s more tempting for them. My late daughter-in-law who passed away from malignant melanoma several years ago went through such an awful time from chemo and other medications that at one time her mouth was so sore she couldn’t eat at all so I made it for her. These ramekins are the perfect size and are quality made so I know they’ll make great custard. I’ll report back once I use them for custard, but I have no doubt these ramekins will work well.

Large Bowls, Not Ramekins
First thing you should know is that these are not ramekins. They are large bowls that hold 32 ounces each. It says that in the description, but I feel like this needs to be clarified. If you’re looking for standard ramekins, this isn’t them.I got these because we wanted larger bowls. They are just what we wanted, except for the unglazed bottom. I can live with that. I used them in the oven for Thanksgiving sides, and they were perfect.Just be aware of the size and make sure this is what you want. If you want two larger heavy duty bowls, here they are. They are pretty and very sturdy.

Perfect for smaller casseroles
Got Thanksgiving company that wants sweet potato casserole, but afraid no one else will eat it? These ramekins are perfect for that. Big enough for 2-4 servings depending on the dish. Solid porcelain. Came well packaged, which is always a concern with bakeware

Love this product!
These large ramikins arrived just in time for Fall cooking of heavier foods. They are durable and well made. They are easy to use, clean and store. I am very happy with these and plan to use them a bunch in the next couple of months.
