Awesome Pan. Nothing sticks and it heats very evenly.
This is an amazing pan. We love it and will be buying another. Nothing sticks to it. It is very easy to clean with just water and doesn’t need seasoning. The pan is cast iron so it spreads the heat very evenly, all the way to the edges, which is great when we make pancakes in it. You don’t have to put it on high heat. We have an electric stove where the heat goes from 1 to 10. With other pans, we often need high heat. We have not needed to set the heat above 4.5 with this pan even when cooking meat. It has a wooden handle so you don’t need a mitt and you don’t get burned when you pick up the pan. Yes, it is a bit heavy but what do you expect, it is cast iron, which has the benefits I mentioned above. I can lift it with arthritic hands but it does take effort. If weight is an issue for you, consider another pan and maybe go to the gym ð.

Good all purpose pan but heavy!
High quality but because it is heavy I held it to close to the pan, not on the intended wood part and it was very hot, would’ve burnt me but I let go quickly. I was hoping for a light weight cast iron pan, probably not a possibility.

Love this pan. It works really well with induction stove tops and it’s super easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it. It does get a little burnt brown after a while of using it but it’s a nice,heavy , durable pan and we can cook two steaks at a time. Lol
