Really Nice Slide Off Design – Handy Size – A Little Pricey
My family has been baking a lot of cookies lately, and we’re always on the lookout for baking sheets to replace some older ones we have been using. When I saw this GoodCook AirPerfect Nonstick Cookie Sheet, I decided we’d give it a try!The product has a very nice feel – more than just a sheet of metal, this product has a design that is touted to cook more evenly and a non-stick surface. Of course, the highlight of the sheet is the ability to easily slide off cookies (or whatever you are baking) since one side is designed with very little lip. The sheet feels very nice in your hand and appears to be very high quality and quite durable.My wife really loved that this sheet can fit into our convection oven sideways – meaning she could fit four in our convection oven. She was really excited about the possibilities, especially when hosting cookie parties where guests get to make their own half-dozen or so. She was very excited about them and is so excited to have a new tool in her arsenal.The one issue that we have is the cost: at nearly $20 for a single pan (as of this writing), they are on the much higher end of cost. Otherwise, a great product!

Love air insulated cookie sheets. My cut out sugar cookies turned out great. I wish it was a little larger.

Non stick pan
I like the size but didn’t realize 1 side was a very low side, almost like a dust pan. It is an air bake type pan and that is hard to figure out from pictures. It matches my 11 X 17 cake pan so I can do bacon in the oven.

Spatula free cookie removal
Cookies may slide off if you let them chill completely on this sheet but I’ve always moved cookies to a cooling rack after the set. Set cookies don’t slide off as pictured in the product photos. I was able to spin the cookies off so they drop onto the cooling rack which worked great. Not using a spatula helped the cookies maintain their shape and I didn’t even up with any broken cookies from transferring them.The sheet is smaller than I anticipated though. I was only able to cook 6 large cookies at a time.The pan states that it’s dishwasher safe, but with caveats. You can’t use dishwasher tabs so you’ll need to stick with normal liquid or powder. There are holes on the back so you don’t want to submerge it in water when hand washing and you’ll need to make sure all water is drained prior to using.
