What a great toaster. Toasts evenly and just how you like it. Just got this toaster so I donât know how long it will last. Hope it last long because itâs a nice one. Couldnât be happier.

I received the “Secura 2-Slice Stainless Steel Toaster”. It came with a 16 page user manual. The toaster feels sturdy and appears to be well built. It has a 2 year warranty. The user manual suggests that before inserting any bread into the toaster, to run it on empty for 1 to 2 times. This will burn off any oils, dust or other residue from the manufacturing process. I ran it for 3 cycles before inserting any bread. The first 2 run cycles produced a smell and a tiny bit of smoke, but the third time it was completely normal. Then I was ready to toast my bread. This toaster comes with an easy to clean bread crumb tray. All you have to do is press it in and it pops out, clean it, push it back in, and it stays in place catching your bread crumbs. However, I won’t be using that feature because I always use toaster bags as I don’t like crumbs in my toaster. When plugged in, the display on the toaster will light up. You have many options. There’s the “bread”, “bagel”, “grain”, “pastry”, “muffin”, and “waffle” buttons. You have a choice of 6 browning shades that can be selected. There’s a duo “start” and “cancel” button, when pressed the bread will automatically descend into the toaster, pressing it again will cancel the selection. If toasting just 1 piece of bread, press the “one slot button” and only the slot on the right side of the toaster will heat up. Toasting frozen bread is a breeze, select the bread button, press the snowflake icon which is the “defrost” button along with the desired level of browning. The frozen bread will be defrosted and then toasted. The count down timer shows exactly how many more minutes/seconds are left for the toast to pop up. If you’ve toasted some bread and left it out for a while and now want to warm it up, just place it back in the toaster then press the “reheat button”. There’s also a “keep warm button” which will keep your toast warm for up to 30 minutes. If for any reason you want to look at your toast without interrupting the toasting cycle, you can press the “quick look button” and the toast will pop up for approximately 2 seconds so you can look at it. If you don’t press the cancel button then the bread will go back down into the toaster until it’s finished its cycle. This toaster is awesome. It toasts my bread to my exact prefered browning levels and gets it right each and every time. I can’t find any fault with this toaster. I absolutely love it.

This is a really nice toaster. It’s a little larger than my past two-slice toasters, both in height and depth, but it’s not monstrous. It doesn’t take up a lot more counter space.The highlights of this toaster are its display and its automatic raising and lowering mechanism. The display is bright, intuitive, responsive and modern-looking. The different darkness level icons are surprisingly accurate representations of the final results although your choice of breads will also affect the outcome.The raising and lower mechanism operates very smoothly and very quietly. It definitely feels like a quality device when it operates. The timer is a neat feature that keeps you from just staring at the toaster wondering when it will be done.As for the quality of the toasting, it’s great. Seems to always get the correct toasty-ness based on my selected darkness level even after multiple consecutive toasts. Toasting is fairly even across the entire slice. The heating elements are well spread out.One cool feature worth noting is the fact that it can do a decent job dealing with frozen bread. Using the frozen setting, it will attempt to defrost the bread while also aiming to achieve your selected darkness level — and it does a good job at it too. There is also a heating option that will keep your toast warm for up to 30 minutes. I thought this was particularly handy and something I never knew I needed… particularly when preparing multiple things at the same time. It’s nice to actually have warm toast once everything is ready.Overall this is a really nice toaster and a pleasure to use!

This toaster is sleek, efficient, and super easy to use. The panel on the front has clear illustrations for both the type of item you are toasting (sliced bread, bagel, muffin, etc) and the “doneness” you want. It also has several features on top of that including only turning one of the two slot burners on (if you only want one piece of toast and don’t want to waste energy or what) and checking the “doneness” quickly without stopping the toasting process so if it’s not ready yet you don’t have to start over. These little details are clever and fun and make the experience feel more luxury.The toaster is ultimately well made, nicely designed, and has an inset along the bottom to wrap the cord that also includes a space for the plug portion to fit. It also has an easy to see and press button to release the crumb catcher drawer for cleaning. Every little detail seems to have been carefully thought out. It also has a timer on the front that shows exactly how long it will be toasting for, so if you press “doneness level 4” for “bagel” it will give you a count-down timer in minutes and seconds. This timer adjusts for each doneness level AND for each type of toasting item.Just a great toaster overall. For a two-slot toaster, this one is a great option with lots of functional features.

La montée et la descente du pain sont complètement automatisées par le grille-pain. Il contient un mode gardé au chaud qui peut garder les tranches de pain chaud pendant 30 minutes, un mode de décongélation et un mode de réchauffage dâune tranche de pain qui va la chauffer pendant environ 30 secondes. Il possède également des pâtes antidérapantes.Câest un produit qui aura fière allure dans votre cuisine, il est fait de matériaux dâexcellente qualité, je vous le recommande sans hésiter.

I didn’t think I could be surprised by a toaster someday, and yet here I am. This fantastic little appliance is super simple to use, performs perfectly and looks great. The touchscreen with all the icons is easy to understand after looking at the manual for a minute. There are six different types of breads/bakeries to choose from, and six browning levels. You can also defrost, reheat and warm. The toasts go down and up very smoothly and automatically. There also isn’t anything left to randomness or inexactitude like a traditional toaster with a knob, where you don’t really know how much or for how long you will toast your toast. You select a browning level, and when the toasts go down, you see a timer telling you exactly when they will come back up. And they’re always almost exactly like the browning level tells you they will be.Honestly, if it lasts in the long run, because toasters usually don’t, this truly changes my view of how performant toasters can be while being even more convenient to use than a traditional toaster because you have full control on the outcome while being super easy to use. Highly recommended.
