I bought this because I didnât like cooking meat sitting in water in my Instant Pot. Iâve used it to cook chicken. My favorite is to chop up potatoes and put them in the bottom of the pot. Then you make a boat of aluminum foil for the meatloaf to sit in, put it on the trivet and put it in the pot on top of the potatoes. Itâs good and sturdy and Iâm pretty sure itâs actually name brand. It has the instant pot logo on the handle.

Bought this Instant Pot roast rack to go in my Breville Fast Slow Pro. Fits perfectly on top of the standard trivet to be able to lift the roasts out of the pressure cooker. Presume it would work well for the Instant Pot for which it is designed. The trouble when you cook such tender roasts is that they are hard to get out of the electric pressure cookers when they are so tender because they fall apart. This works brilliantly to be able to lift the roasts out in one piece
