Great pan, easy to cook on
I really like this pan. Bought it in May, so it has been 8 months, and it still cooks great. It is not as non-stick as Teflon pans would be, but definitely manageable (if any food does leave residue, I soak the pan for a few hours and any residue washes off clean)

I love this pot. The non-stick surface inside works better than any other non-stick cookware I have. Cooks very fast and evenly on induction stovetop. Great size. I use as both a skillet and casserole pot. Cleans well also.

This pan is everything you want in a good, solid, quality pan. It’s plenty big enough to saute, fry or do one skillet meals. It heats up well. It also washes up in the dishwasher like a dream. The only small complaint I have is that the lid leaks a small amount of condensation while cooking. It’s not that big of a deal, though. I bought it about a year ago and it’s performed well.

The pan looks and feels great. Order a long handle pot, but the handle is not here. Mounting studs are there but no handle or nuts to attach it. Can’t wait to use it. Please send the handle got some pots to get rid of.

Bad First Experience
1. Initial pan cleaning, following the unclear instructions, was unsuccessful in removing the residue the company warned about. It is still coming off with a dry tissue.2. Water collects in the lid edge but wonât fully come out. You can see it and also hear it swishing around.3. As I was washing the lid after using it to do the initial pan cleaning, it made a crackling sound as it was about to shatter.4. The instructions say, âadd vinegar and about 2/3 of the waterâ to clean the pan. 2/3 of what amount of water and how much vinegar?5. After all of the above, this pan is going back.
