Great replacement knives for my butcher block.
somehow a few of my knife ended up getting thrown away in my knife block. I bought these as a nice addition to replace them. Although theyâre probably not gonna last a super long time, they will get me by in a pinch, which is exactly what I needed. They are durable and sturdy and cut very nicely.
