Great product, poor packaging
This pan is wonderful. Non stick. Lightweight. Beautiful hammered copper look and matches well with a different set that we couldnât find this size pan in. We use it for large fried rice meals and itâs perfect. It was not packaged in a way that protects the item at all but still wasnât scratched or dented. Iâd say itâs sturdy. See photo.

Big and spacious fits four hamburgers!
I purchased this to replace my old (8 years old) worn out gotham steel pans. The older ones are still usable but eventually the newness wears off and things stick a little more than they should. These hold heat so well, and they are super easy to clean! Comfortable handle grip that does not get hot to the touch unless it’s over direct heat. I did read where they can, be used in the oven of needed and I have not tried that yet but I can always come and leave another review after trying! I do appreciate that they are super easy to use as, my hands are arthritic and they are not too heavy! Thank you for supplying a fantastic product that will last me years to come. Side note I do not use metal spatulas or cookware inside of the pans it makes them last so, much longer!

Truly non stick!
I was excited to receive my pan. The pan has good weight and is attractively designed. Most importantly it works very well. I have cooked eggs, stir fried and made pancakes with excellent results. There is no need to use high heat as the pan performs well on medium heat.Clean up is easy. I hand wash with absolutely no problems. Although it says you can use metal utensils, I choose to use wooden and or silicone. It definitely meets my expectations and I will be using it often. By the way, I have a gas cooktop.

I’m loving this skillet
I purchased my 12-in Gotham steel hammered copper Skillet 9 months ago and it’s still my favorite skillet. Nothing sticks and it cleans up well. I do however have an issue with stay cool handles. The handle on the pan does stay cool but beware of the lid. The handle on it gets super hot.Also it’s advertised as being so strong that you can use metal utensils and it won’t scratch. I use nothing but plastic or silicone in mine because when I opened the box and was reading about the product it states right on the use and care instructions not to use metal utensils.I’m looking to purchase a few more in different sizes.

Absolutely Worth the Price!
I really like copper, and especially the hammered look of well crafted copper. I have looked everywhere and yes I have seen a hundred info-mmercials about the Gotham Steel ( my kids call it the Batman/Dark Knight Pan) frying set. I looked everywhere and found a lot of different pans. I decided to try this to see if it was junk or really worth the price. I am so happy that I decided to take the chance on this pan. I am definitely buying this set.First let me tell you, I love that I can cook anything on this thing and I mean i love to cook! I made the perfect eggs after i cooked country ham (which makes a mess ion anything except this pan), and I cleaned it in literally 2 seconds. i even waited half an hour with the gristle sitting in the pan to see if it would stick or make a mess or discolor. I wiped it with a wet paper towel and boom! clean and ready to go. I made pancakes and poured honey all over them burnt the honey to a crisp. If there is anything I haven’t done to this pan, I don’t know what it is, but I want to wear it out to prove if it is a complete value or not.So far I love this and would recommend it 100 percent.Now let me tell you all that if the bottom looks like a blast furnace I don’t want it, I want a product that will hold up and can be used every day and look like a show piece. I really want my wife and kids to be happy when I cook, that means, I demand the best out of the cookware I use. If Gotham wants a review of their other products then send them my way, I love them so far and would be glad to beat them into submission, or just admit that this is the best stuff I have ever used!!!!Oh, did I tell you that you don’t have to buy that cheep plastic spatula junk, you can use copper of steel utensils no problem!Gotham Steel you have a fan so far!!

Nice pan, but…
I purchased this in 2020, I loved it. Now 4 years later it’s not so non stick anymore. I’ve never washed in the dishwasher or used with high heat. However I like to cook with butter and some olive oil which it looks like they don’t want you to use. Not sure if that’s why it lost the non stick or not.

Me espere a reseñar después de unos meses de uso y no tengo más que buenos comentarios.De entrada en vivo se ve mucho más bonita que en fotos, le da un toque elegante a la cocina.La superficie para cocinar es bastante amplia y el ángulo de las paredes ayuda a que no se caiga nada.Diario cocino huevos revueltos y estrellados y nunca se pega nada y reduje muchÃsimo la cantidad de aceite en los alimentos. Eso sÃ, hay que aprender a pre-calentarla, no es apta para personas ansiosas jaja, yo mientras cortó y preparo los ingredientes la dejo precalenando unos 3-5 minutos y con eso tiene.Muy fácil de lavar, todo se despega super fácil. Recomiendo no usar esponja para cuidarla más, además de que no es necesario usarla por lo fácil que se desprende todo con solo agua.Y por último después de 2 meses de uso diario al menos 2 veces al dÃa, parece nueva, muy resistente.Me encanta!
