    Great pan
    Please use nonstick spray! It is a great classic Norwegian pan. Bake with pan underneath to avoid spilling batter. Highly recommend this pan!

    Surfing, I found these. Intrigued by people that got 2 and made bread..add to cart BUY. It worked GREAT. You can buy 4 of these for the price of one in the only other listing for this style of pan. It is a sturdy piece of metal (not thin at all). Nonsrtick is great. Some people care for some reason, it is made in China…but what isn’t. Has never stopped me. Add this to your kitchen arsenal. Secure pans with binder clips. Hint, dont proof your dough too long. Bake before it comes out the side.

    How to get the cake out without losing a lot of crust
    I have been making ;the Scandinavian Almond Cake for years, and have three pans of different metals. For most of those years, I always lost a little of the crust when removing the cake (cooled at least 20 minutes) from the pan. I have used Pam, butter, Joy of Baking, etc. still without a lot of success. Last week I made 3 at a time (again in 3 pans of different metals) and used Wilton’s Easy Bake spray and then added PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS which I shook around to make sure they coated the bottom and up the sides. Of the three pans, the darkest color metal pan came out perfectly, the lighter-color coated metal and the uncoated silver one were quite good–just an inch on the top (from bottom of pan). HOWEVER, IF YOU DO HAVE TROUBLE, sprinkle the top with Confectioner’s Sugar OR frost it with a glaze. Any way you serve it, it is ALWAYS delicious, freezes beautifully and is one of the best, easiest and cheapest cake recipes available.

    Everyone that sees how this turns out, wants one.
    I suggest you buy at least two of these because the recipes I have normally make two breads. I ordered another one and when several saw how mine turned out they wanted one so I ordered two more for gifts. when you turn the bread out it looks like you should cut a piece right where the curve is and it looks pretty on a bread dish when you turn it out. It cleans easy, no mess at all.

    Love this pan! I use it for Vegan Scandinavian Almond Cake (recipe below) and it releases easily and is easy to clean. Cake bakes evenly, turns out delicious, and shape makes slicing and portioning simple. Highly recommend.Vegan Scandinavian Almond Cake1 1/4 cups all purpose flour1/3 cup almond meal1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup almond milk1 tsp apple cider vinegar1/2 cup sugar1/3 cup vegetable oil1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp almond extractPreheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour your cake pan. Whisk the vinegar into the almond milk and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, almond meal, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, combine sugar, oil, extracts and almond milk mixture. Make a well in your dry ingredients and pour in the wet. Stir until just combined and only a few clumps remain. Pour into the prepared cake pan and cook for 30 – 35 minutes, or until the edges brown and pull away from the pan. Let sit for about 5 minutes before removing from pan and letting cool on a wire rack.

    Just what I was looking for. Received yesterday and used them today. I ordered 2 and may order a 3rd one as this makes a perfect size loaf which can be sliced aong the groove lines. I add an egg to my recipe which helps for making toasts. My bread recipe would make 3 loaves.

    Ya he tenido experiencia con la calidad de FOX RUN y es muy buena, por eso me anime a comprar este molde y fue magnifico.Me gusto la capa de antiadherente que posee, lo probe con un pastel de chocolate y salió sin ningún problema.Me gusta la forma que tiene:1.- Tiene unas pequeñas marcas planas debajo lo que hace que lo puedas hornear es su forma original sin problemas.2.- Gracias a la forma que tiene lo puedo ocupar para cortar rebanadas del mismo grosor y tamaño. Útil si desear dar pruebas del pastel que horneaste o para vender una rebanada.CALIDAD/PRECIO: EXCELENTE! honestamente lo he comprado mas de una vez :)En cuanto al envío: Llego en tiempo y forma, en una caja de amazon con bolsas de aire.
