Beautiful pie plates!
These are gorgeous pie plates that bake well. Love the depth of these plates, as well as the unique exterior design and deep blue color. Perfect for pies and quiches. There was a hairline crack in one included in the first set that was sent to me, and when I contacted the seller, a replacement set was sent out immediately. Communication was A+. I have kept one of the cardboard pieces they were packed with to place in between the plates when they are stored and not in use. Happy with my purchase!

Used to make pumpkin pies. Dish is deep enough for proper crust and filling. Received many compliments on the color. Did use a thin coat of butter in dish before laying in pie crust; this really made a big difference in preventing sticking. If using store bought packaged crusts, they will not fill up to the top edge of dish. Homemade crusts are not a problem. Wash up was a breeze!
