Great size
This is much larger than my other cookie cooling racks and that alone makes it a positive. It appears sturdy, and easy to clean. Mine has a slight wobble, which might improve, but has absolutely no impact on its purpose. I only use it for bakery cooling and will not be using it in the oven.

Used to make Bunuelos and needed a rack to allow sprinkles to fall off. The stand-off is about 3/4inch from countertop. Easy to clean . Definitely recommend.

Thick gauge is a winner!
The first thing I noticed was how thick the gauge is on this rack. They aren’t kidding when they say it is commercial grade. It’s much better than my old rack, and I can tell it will last me years. Using non-stick cooking spray makes clean up a cinch. So far, I’ve used it as a cooling rack for cookies and empanadas. Next, I will use it with meatloaf and bacon. Highly recommend.

High quality, beautiful finish
I’m so glad I got this rack and will purchase another soon. Where the grid wires are welded is smoothly finished so the edges won’t catch on delicate skin or snag potholders. There are 3 sturdy support bars with a total of 6 feet that will support any weight. The grids are 3/8″ (1cm), smaller than most racks sold, so that foods won’t fall through, but can still drain grease or circulate air for cooling.

Nice but watch out for sharp ends.
These racks are super heavy weight. They won’t bend or warp. The grid design is excellent for air-frying in your oven set to convection. The only caveat is that there may be very sharp ends on cut rods of the grids that will draw blood if you aren’t careful. I am keeping them because I like the weight, but I am also filing off the sharp ends so as not to be maimed every time I handle them. For the price, I would expect more care to be taken with the cut ends.

It’s stainless steel, you can’t go wrong with that, and works wonderful for cooking fries, and wedges on them, bought two to save the time for cooking large amount, will recommend this baking rack as awesome. Yes can use to cook bacon with it in the oven, but wouldn’t recommend because of the clean up. Pro tip put baking sheet on the pan, under the baking rack if plan to bake things in the oven with it, saves you from a hard cleaning mess for the pan, but rack not so bad for cleaning.
