I love these baking sheets! So far I’ve cooked in them multiple times and they still are just as pretty as they were when I first bought them. They’re easy to clean and haven’t had a problem with them scorching my Food. The only issue I have is that they warp a little when cooking but go back to the original shape shortly after cooling.

At first glance I thought these were not strong enough, but in practice they were great. I havenât used all the sizes yet, but I used the big one this Thanksgiving (with another the same size bought separately).. I broke down the turkey into parts, dry brined overnight on the trays, and cooked at 425 down to 400 after 30 min and all done in about 1hr 15 min for a 17 lb turkey. Done perfectly. I used a thermometer that has 2 cables (one for white meat, one for dark) extending to a monitor outside the oven (purchased on Amazon) and am glad I used it since it came to temperature so fast.

The two sizes are convenient for different baking needs, and the racks fit perfectly. The only thing – it bands in the oven sometimes, probably from the higher temperature, but we noticed it even with temperatures like 375 F.

So far, I have used the largest pan which was in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit and the second largest pan which was in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.Both of them warped quite badly. In each case at least 1 corner of the pan was raised an inch or more when the pans got hot.It was quite alarming to see when I pulled my food out of the oven, but when they cooled off, the pans returned to their flat position.The racks look and feel well made.I am not really happy with these pans but there does not appear to be any way to contact the seller without returning these pans. Amazonâs automated system has thwarted me.
