Purchased 07/21/2024I have been using the Sundeen toaster for well over a week now. So far it has performed flawlessly. It will defrost, toast a bagel or regular bread. As I see it, the only difference between toast & defrost is a longer maximum time.There are small stamped symbols on the top front in between the left & right slots showing bagel orientation. The toaster is rated at 1800 watts total which equates to 900 watts max for each side. This makes for quick toastIng. Each slot is approximately 5â X 5â X 1 1/2â. Minimum & maximum times & wattage use are shown below. For the price & features I would recommend this toaster. It even looks nice & modern. Good toaster
Use almost daily in my house. It toasts well and has a timer on the front which is nice. Some crumbs fall out on the bottom but, itâs a toaster. That happens with all toasters. The design is nice and Iâd give it a 9.5/10- solid product.

Nice features
This is a good quality toaster that looks very nice. I love that it shows the time left.The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the slots are too short for non-square bread. Any bread that is shaped like a rectangle has to be pushed down to make fit.

Toaster tosts evenly. My favorite feature is toat is time controlled mot thermostatically controlled. Number 1 failure point in all my previous toasters. It will be interesting to see how the toaster holds up over time. But as of now, I really like this toaster, I haven’t found anything to dislike.

Left side of toaster stuck on Bagel Mode
Unboxed, plugged in, activated with no bread to clean as per instructions. I noticed that 1 side of both left 2 slots were not active. This is normal IF bagel mode was selected. I tried all variations of testing including normal toast, bagel, and Defrost ⦠none changed the outcome. Iâm currently proceeding based on Amazon HELP links suggest unplugging for 2 hours and try again â¦(Really?)Waste of my time ⦠however Iâm waiting, watching, and wondering â¦In the meantime, the Defective product link allows me to select the problem that some sides not working, but wonât allow me to select the âghostedâ Submit button â¦Maybe I have to wait till itâs 2 hours after delivery???

I love the design, it matches our kitchen very well, and it has all the options I could want! The heating element is very hot, I like my toast when it gets right to the point where you start getting some black speckles. Not alot! But just a little dash.I definitely achieved my perfect toast with this, but I did have to turn it down. The first go around had a lot of dark spots, and the toast was more burned than bread. Turning it about 30 ish percent of the way is just about perfect for me! And it does phenomenal with bagels!!

Please note I am writing this review after a few months of use!Bought this to replace an old B&D toaster that had finally died after decades of use. The materials seemed decent, and was very stylish.After a few months of heavy use by the family, this toaster is holding up well functionally. The stainless is showing heat blemishes, but that is kind of par for the course with a toaster.The timer is awesome for toasting! Especially Eggo waffles and Pop Tarts!!!!I can HIGHLY recommend this product. If it can stand up to the use my family puts it through, it will definitely last yours!

A couple of the lower star reviews scared me a bit for this purchase, but I was pleasantly surprised with how great this toaster is. Aside from the few first ârunsâ of that ânew packageâ smell burning off during the first couple toasts, itâs hot, works well, the clock is an awesome feature and makes it so my toast is perfect. I have not yet used this toaster with food, as it is intended for my new home, which I have not moved into yet.
