Mediocre at best
Heats water well but you have to open the lid to find out how much water is in there. I almost started it with no water. We drink tea during the winter all the time. Itâs very useful to know if you have enough water by looking on the outside and not have to open the lid all the time. Furthermore, they claim the thermostat will allow you to heat water to optimal temps.. unfortunately, it doesnât allow you to actually set a temperature so you have to sit there and stare at the thermostat and catch it at the right time which differs if you have a LOT of water or only a couple of cups. Hence the thermostat is basically useless. Also, the insulation is not great hence if you arenât careful, you can get a nasty surprise if you touch the wrong part of the kettle. Looks nice and heats well but thatâs it. There are better options out there.

Great Kettle. I bought this because of its excellent design in that no plastic parts are coming into contact with the water which is important when heating it up. It works great and your forethought into consumer safety is most appreciated.

This is bigger than we thought. It looks good on the counter and heats water for one quickly. A whole pot will take longer. We left cold water in it and it seemed to leak a little. Thinking it is not designed for storage.
