Really nice and easy to clean
Itâs easy to clean, you can pop it in the dishwasher once you are done using it. The surface is a bit small so if you want something bigger, Iâd recommend a different type of cutting board. With its small size itâs easy to put away though . Iâve used it a few times, and itâs nice and durable. Hope this review helps Iâm not very good at writing them ð

Small and useful lightweight cutting board
This is a sweet small (very small) lightweight cutting board. It’s so convenient when I wish to cut up a tomato for a sandwich or it’s also great when I whip out my apple slicer and after placing the board down with one push I have sliced apples with no fuss and no need for a larger heavy cutting board. I have a small apartment size kitchen and this cutting board is perfect for small size jobs. It’s a snap to clean up. Again, I am surprised how much more I make use of it because it’s small, lightweight with space saving capabilities. Would I use it to chop up large amounts of food to prepare a full meal? I’d have to say no.

Wheat straw to replace plastic cutting board
Iâm hoping this light-weight wheat straw board will be a healthier option than the plastic one I usually use. Iâm not trying to ingest microplastics! I like the grooves and the look of it. Itâs easy to wash and I donât notice that itâs getting sliced up yet.

I liked the price and didn’t really register what the size was. When it arrived I chuckled a bit, but what could have been a gaffe on my part turned out to be no blunder at all. The size is perfect for me and my kitchen and my prep needs. I’ve used it a lot and it’s holding up nicely, not working against my knives, and easy to clean. If I need a larger size for whatever reason, I will definitely go with another Wheat Straw Fiber Cutting Board. Excellent.

Great cutting boards
I love these cutting boards. They’re so lightweight and easy to work with. I’ve been using them for a few months now and they’ve held up great. There’s no problem with staining like my old plastic ones did, not to mention how easy they are to clean. There are minor cut marks but nothing so noticeable. I’m happy to say goodbye to the old plastic and bamboo boards!

This has a slight texture so when you cut the knife stays in line. The material is interesting, like plastic mixed with straw. It’s very slippery so I needed a kitchen towel underneath to stop it from sliding around. There are raised edges so help keep any juice or liquid on the board. It didn’t break when i dropped it from 3′ onto a wood floor.

This is a very small cutting board. Tiny actually. But it’s big enough to do tasks like cutting a chicken breast, which is what we tested it with.For me, I have a variety of cutting boards and we use them primarily for cutting chicken breasts and beef. One of the big irks I have is that we use sharp knives, which cut into cheap boards, making them all the more difficult to clean down the road. That’s a problem for me since we do so much chicken.This cutting board didn’t suffer a lot of cut marks, deep or otherwise, which is great. So you’d think 5 stars, right? No.The title on this cutting board says wheat straw fiber but if you read the description it says it’s plastic. It feels like plastic, although to be fair, it could be a mix, if that’s possible. Regardless, since I have a personal issue with misleading or false claims and since there is no way to know if this is plastic or wheat straw fiber, I’ve docked one star bringing it down to 4.Don’t get me wrong, these are great cutting boards but I’d love to know what they’re made of. I personally have no problem with plastic but wheat grass fiber requires different care than plastic and I have no idea what this is. I hope they can figure it out and fix their advertising.

I’m not sure if I should believe the eco-friendly, wheat straw fiber claims that came with this cutting board but I’m not going to dwell on them because they are just unclear and confusing.I needed a small cutting board to replace a 4 year old Ikea one and thought this might be a good candidate. It is, size-wise but it is so different in so many ways, that I will probably look for something else.This cutting board is very light, thin and hard. Not hard in the sense that it is very rigid and not flexible. It does have a bit of flex. The surface feels hard when you cut, almost like glass. It will not damage your knives like glass but I do not like the feeling of cutting anything on it. Maybe with time and some wear it will feel more gentle.Another thing I dislike with the board is that being lightweight with a slick surface, it slides on the countertop when cutting. This does not feel safe. My small Ikea cutting board did not do that. This board is anything but non-slip.In my opinion, the only two positives points about this board is that it has a little groove to prevent liquid (very little liquid) from leaking on your countertop and it seems to really be stain resistant. I chopped red Thai chili peppers and red bell peppers on it a couple of times and it still looks as new.

I don’t love this cutting board, you have to lay down a dish cloth under it because it slides (a lot). The same is true for the cutting surface, I wouldn’t recommend cutting hard items like carrots, potatoes, etc because they slide dangerously with the knife in them.
