Quality Knives
I bought this set along with another set to replace my knife collection. I inherited two small paring knives from my mother and they were Rada. I have used my old ones and love how well they work. They are super easy to sharpen and watch out after you do that. I’m also happy that these are Made in USA. It’s hard to find anything that is and isn’t too expensive.

These are great. After moving my paring knives had somehow mostly taken walks. These are a great set at a great price. Yes, if you put them in the dishwasher the handle will discolor. Any aluminum will do that. But they are sharp and beautiful. I have a big hand for a woman and could wish the handle was a touch longer, but that would throw the balance off I think.So you can wash them by hand as recommended by the company, which also keeps them sharper, or you could put them in the dishwasher and simply let them become discolored. They are, IMO such a great value that either option is valid.

Many years ago I bought 5 Rada knives at a county Coop and have been very well pleased. I found with my recent purchase that they are still top quality and will last a lifetime. They come super sharp – ready to use immediately after washing per recommendations. The set arrived in a nice box great for gift giving. I also ordered separate other pieces that I desired for specific usage and was well pleased with the balance and hand grip. The slicer knife is excellent for slicing tomatoes and I love the length of the stubby knife.

These Rada knives are great.
Worth the money and they have stayed sharp. The Granny knife is just wonderful for making thin sliced apples to put in my dehydrator to make apple chips. The paring knives are great for cutting meat and vegetables. Brushed stainless steel handle is easy to grip. They are staying sharp. Well worth the price and would make a great gift.
