Nice meatloaf/bread pan but too small (for my needs)
This is a very good idea. The tray that keeps the meatloaf off the bottom and separate from the grease works great. Much healthier than the usual way of cooking. I like the silicone handles to lift it by. All in all, I do like this pan, but I would love it if it was bigger. I like to make enough meatloaf for our dinner (just me and my husband) and then to have enough to eat for the next nightâs dinner. When using this pan we have enough for about one and a half dinners. The draining tray that the meatloaf sits on inside the pan makes the size of the meatloaf that will fit, small. Too small. The price is good for this pan. Maybe if you bought two, you could make a big enough meatloaf for an average size family, or so you can have leftovers.

My daughter needed a good pan to make Meat Loaf. It works great with the drain pan on the bottom to catch all the grease and drippings and the size of the pan works for a good sized loaf for several servings. This is also ideal for making different varieties of breads in the oven.

This two tiered draining tray bake ware set from Perlli is a decent meatloaf cooking dream. It allows you to place the prepared meatloaf into the inside pan measuring 6″ by 11″. The pan sits inside a nesting pan that allows the slotted/holed pan to drip the fat into the resting pan about half an inch higher while it cooks in the oven. The design is quie clever and allows the meat to cook more healthily and more evenly also without sitting as heavily in its own fat.Here’s the reason why I rated this lower: This is a clever invention but you do not realize how shallow this half an inch makes this pan and how much space it takes up off of normal sized meatloaf. It honestly may shrink the size of your family cooking by a portion or two and have your meal looking a bit on the small size. As someone with a family of big eaters I don’t think that one pan would do us. You may want to counter balance this by purchasing two of these bad boys and making two meat loaves. Just saying! Enjoy!
