Not the color I wanted but it still works great!
I requested a gray one but got a blue one instead, it would have matched my kitchen, But still does the work and a lot faster then other competitors out there. Easy to clean and the size is perfect for my kitchen.

better than a crock pot
absolutely love it. I rarely use the stove anymore. when I’m in to much pain to cook I throw in ground beef and let it brown, then whatever I want to mix for a one pot casserole ex box Velveeta with hotel and taco pack.I want/need another for family dinners.

Ruined $30 roast!
Bought this “refurbished” Ninja and was so excited to use it. Opening the box to find so much tape on the actual cookware… took me 30 min to peel it all off.FF to the next day… ready to sear my beautiful roast…. NOT!!!This thing is not refurbished at all… I feel like they sent me someone else’s return. Wouldnt even stay on, seared for a min then said “BYE”Went onto several youtubes for help, also tried Ninja tech support but the link offered was a blank page. Super irritated and will NEVER buy a “REFURBISHED” item again.Shame on me!

Slow Cooker
I bought this Ninja Slow cooker a little over a year ago. We never unboxed it until last month. I used it twice. On the second time of using it the lid exploded. I see now looking back it was a returned item and possible repaired. Which is not what I wanted or expected. I spent a lot of money on this slow cooker and it came packaged brand new. I feel this is more like scamming people and Amazon should not allow returned items to be sold on here. Very disappointed.
