Comfortable but eventually breaks down
Twice I bought a kitchen aide can opener and both times they fail quickly. I decided to try less expensive one to see if my luck got any better. This oyster opened much easier and actually cuts the can. I like the little guide next to the gears, that you keep next to side of the can,and like the oval handles for comfort.Well I here it is three months later and it jamming and handle wonât turn!

I am honestly just kind of flabbergasted. The last can opener I owned lasted years, and this thing just broke apart.It felt kind of cheaply put together, but at first I didn’t doubt that it was a perfect and awesome can opener. It increasingly just started fighting cans instead of opening them, and today is the day that it just lost it’s value to me.I would not suggest this brand to anybody.

Fell apart in just a few weeks
Handle twisted off after about 5 weeks of light household use! Handle appears to be attached to shaft with a very weak weld. This tool was never dropped or machine washed. I opened less than a dozen cans before the handle twisted off during normal use. Unacceptable.On a positive note, the tool was comfortable to use and opened cans well for the brief time it held together.

Iâm not sure if my old can opener was just truly horrendous in comparison, but this one is amazing! It opens cans with ease and without having to use much force. It openly smoothly and without creating jagged bits.

Didnât make it past one use
I tried getting dinner started and it broke apart mid-turn. I noticed some rust on the cutting surface which probably formed after I rinsed the device off and put it in the drawer.Gotta say Iâm surprised and hungry because of the brand. I previously purchased other products years back with success.
