These loaf pans are very lightweight and collapsible so they take up so much less room than my old metal ones. Obviously, they wonât rust eventually and thatâs good. The only thing I would suggest, is never use cooking spray to keep your baked goods from sticking. When I did that, it left light tan sticky, oily spots after washing that I had to scrub off with baking soda and vinegar. Once I cleaned them up again and stopped using cooking spray, they have performed well. Inexpensive and pretty.

Look, when they say this is NON-stick, they mean it! I’ve baked from sticky buns to breads to meatloaf, and this is a beauty to clean. And on top of thet, it bakes everything evenly.Also, if you’re rather short on cupboard space, this collapsible mold is EXACTLY what you need.One word of CAUTION, though: You HAVE to remind yourself to ALWAYS pick it up by BOTH very sturdy HANDLES!!! I cannot emphasize this enough!!!You see, I am a klutz of sorts, and out of habit, in the beginning I sometimes picked this up with ONE single hand, grabbing on to just one handle and PARTIALLY touching the bottom of the mold. IF YOU DO THIS, IT WILL IMMEDIATELY COLLAPSE ON THAT SIDE!!!That’s the beauty AND the handicap of having a loaf pan that is truly collapsible.BUT, if you don’t mind having to remind yourself to handle it CORRECTLY until you’re used to it, you will NOT regret having bought this.I’m SO in love with it I wish it came in other shapes and sizes. (Does it?ð¤)Bottom line is, if I could give it 10 stars and 10 thumbs up, I would!

I guess I was expecting it to be the size of all loaf pans. This fits inside a ‘normal’ loaf pan. But, I suppose it makes sense because of the collapsible feature, which is nice. And I like that it is sturdy, being silicone which likes to twist and curl when you pick it up with some weight in it. So, I like it.
