I did NOT getburned and it stayed intact with no damage. BTW, it turned out great, delicious and smooth texture, with chunks of apples.

These were great for the price. The spatula part is malleable while the handle is strong and sturdy. I have only used them once so far, but I honestly have no complaints. I am no baker, but to me, these work as well as the expensive ones that my chef mother uses. Remember: this is coming from someone that only bakes every now and then, but I donât see any difference in this and the La Tavola brand my mom and sister use. If anything happens, I will update this review. For now, I am very happy.
