I purchased a 16-piece set of this dinnerware. I am very pleased with the quality, the look and feel of it. It arrived on time. Tho’ neatly packaged, one of the coffee mugs was broken. I contacted the seller and requested a new mug. They were more than cooperative, only requesting a photo of the broken cup, which I provided. Within 5 or 6 days I received the replacement in perfect condition.The five stars in this review are both for their product and quality of customer service. I highly support this company and products. (No one has requested this review!)
