I mean what can I say? They’re Ramekins. They work as they should. What I love about these things is the versatility. From eggs in the microwave, to condiments and even used for kitten food. We’re always using these little things. They’re porcelain so I’d imagine they’re breakable, although ours have survived a 4-foot fall…twice.The price was right compared to other brands and I saw no differences at all. If I need more, I’ll stick with this brand.

I bought these specifically to use in my new 2-quart air fryer, and they fit perfectly. They can also be used in the oven, are dishwasher safe, and are attractive. They stack well for storing, and are sturdy. I have only used them twice for eggs in the air fryer, which did not turn out great, but that is more my learning curve than the ramekins. I would like to try a creme brulee in these. The size is not easy to find, so I was glad to see these on Amazon.
