What can be said about ramekins? I’ll tell you what can be said. I wanted to make some egg custard with Berries and fruit on top for a dinner party but didn’t have enough 6oz. ramekins. Problem solved by Amazon. In came six lovely white, well packaged Dowan 6oz. ramekins. The glaze on these ramekins is superior and, they are microwave, dish washer, and oven safe. They looked quite lovely with my egg custard and fruit/berries in them. Three guests complimented the ramekins, but none complimented the desert, but everyone left empty ramekins. So, I take that as a compliment. I highly recommend this product.

I was looking for some ramekins that I could bake some morning breakfast in but I wanted pretty ones. These were simple, in a very nice blue, and the right size. Good rise with a chocolate souffle’
Made a chocolate souffle with these, and the rise was what you want up and out of the ramekin an inch, or so. These have that beveled edge at the top around the circumference of the ramekin, so when I filled them with the batter I topped them off just at the bottom of that bevel just to ensure they rose straight up. They’re 8 oz ramekins, which is a good size for a consistent rise.
