It’s easy to pop open for use and push closed for storage. I read a lot of reviews before I bought it, and honestly, I’m confused by all the drama about the glue used to hold the label on the interior. It’s the same type of pliable rubber-cement style glue that a lot of companies used to hold credit cards onto paper for mailing. When you remove the center cardboard label, you peel it off carefully and get most of the glue off that way. The rest can be removed in about 10 seconds with any glue remover, like Goo Gone. It’s just that easy. Drama averted, now let’s make some salad.

Very versatile bowl.
This bowl comes in very handy for everything from salads to using it for marinating. The fact that it collapses down to nothing was what really drew me in as I donât have a lot of room to store big bowls in my cabinets. It goes in the dishwasher in the collapsed position And nothing ever gets caught in the grooves. Great product, no complaints. Would purchase again.

Unremovable sticky residue and too stiff
The paper that comes in the bottom of the bowl comes off leaving three sticky spots on the plastic that I couldn’t get up with scrubbing, the dishwasher, acetone, or a scraper plastic.Beyond that the actual silicone is so stiff it barely deploys.The plastic is thick but the sticky stuff and the stiffness make this not useful. Skip it.

Glue on plastic what could go wrong?
The bowl itself seems very nice. Itâs large collapses flat however getting that paper off the inside is ridiculous. The glue is so stuck. Try everything donât wanna scratch the bowl, but it is impossible to get it off. I have no idea why they donât put the sticker on the bottom of the product.
