I saw this on a cooking show, and immediately started searching for it on Amazon. Bingo! Several different varieties for sale, but I chose this one for the size – which is approximately 3 inches round – not too big, or small – just perfect. This little gem whips up eggs, butter, dry ingredients, sauces, or anything that needs to be mixed. I literally threw away the old cylindrical one that just about every house hold in America has, because the performance of this was so much quicker, and enables the user to get into those pesky corners. Love it, and highly recommend. Also, a great gift for those foodies in our families
