It lasted 2 years + 4 months. I didn’t realize I had it that long!!! Just this week it no longer powers on when I click the dingy. It just up and stopped working, either I ran it too low or just ware and tear. (I tried different outlets.) I have used it a ton, I would say I use it at least a few times a week to be honestly I boil water and then transfer it to a pot on the stove because it’s faster and I don’t even have to watch it. Sometimes I’ll click the heater button 5 times in 30 mins because I forget to reheat my tea and I want it boiling when I put it in my tea cup. So that goes to show how quickly it will heat and how roughly I used it.Pros- Quick heat up, all metal on the inside, button to lift lid, orange indicator light, stores perfect amount of water for couple days use yet not really big, white base, blends in nicely on the counter yet subtly prettyCons- First week noticed dotty build up on bottom (i’m sure if you wanna to avoid this use Britta water, I think that build up is caused by crap in our water) btw I never noticed any taste to the water even with the buildup or from metal or anything, small opening (you can fully put your hand through totally easily , but the opening along with the tilt of the lid makes it slightly and I mean ever so slightly harder to put water in and clean it. But just something that bothered me.Overall I have loved this electric kettle it’s a completely normal size not too big not too small the design is very subtly elegant it doesn’t look cheap nor expensive I adore the white bass it makes it look so much nicer and he’s got the job done for over two years and I’ve been really happy with it but now it has crapped out and I’ll have to get a new one and I think ima get a different one but you never know!Ps. Looks like the brand has changed from Zolot to MeisonEdit: It actually worked for another 6 months and crapped out. I ordered a different one and returned it because I loved this one. I reordered it and the new one has been working for years again. And I still absolutely adore it, it is both super practical and looks real nice.

Love it. Cute design & works as intended
Love being able to get boiling water for tea in a few minutes! The kettle is well made and looks great in the kitchen. Love that all the parts that touch the water are stainless steel. It is a bit noisy while heating up but it’s only for a few minutes. Definitely one of my favorite purchases.

Can’t Say How Much I Love It!
My husband likes hot chocolate in the winter months, and I like hot tea. I’ve tried the pots that make individual serving sizes and, let’s face it, if you’re making drinks for more than one person, they seem to take forever….I saw this pot and loved the vintage look, with all of the modern day safety features. You set the pot in a base that plugs into the wall…this was the first feature I really appreciate. I hate holding a hot kettle that has a cord attached to it, so this was perfect for me. There’s a maximum fill line clearly visible inside the kettle, and it holds a LOT of water…more than enough for two large mugs of drinks. There’s a lever beneath the handle that turns the unit on, and a light on the side that indicates when the unit is on and heating. It has an auto shut off if the unit has been on too long, and I do sometimes forget to turn things off, so this is a great feature as well. The best part is how fast this heats. If the pot is at the fill line, it maybe takes 8 minutes, and that’s to a boil. I don’t like my tea boiling hot, so always unplug it long before then. It’s easy to clean, as I only put water in mine, so only rinse it between uses. I can’t recommend this enough. I have trouble holding things that are heavy and this is well balanced and easy to hold. I normally take these reviews with a grain of salt, but trust me when I say I bought this with my own money and was not solicited for this review. I have been using this for a couple of weeks on a daily basis, and really love it.

Leaks Dont buy
The color on this is great, bought it as a christmas gift cant return because it past its return date, but it leaks scalding hot water all over the counter. There are these slots on the bottom and that is were it is leaking from. not sure how the water is getting in there, but it is. When you pour from it water leakes out from those slots. have to assume the inner steel liner isnt sealed properly. Its dangerous don’t buy. Gave it one star because the color is nice.

Es muy bonita, toda es de plastico excepto el interior que es de metal, pero cuando la uso solo puedo usar ese electrodomestico ya que me bota el brake de la luz, por tal motivo no es tan practica, almenos aqui en Mexico con corriente de 120.
