Roaster perfect for a 17LB Turkey or roast
I love the size of this roaster. It fits a 17LB Turkey perfectly. Not too big and not too small. The rack it comes with is also perfectly placed in the roaster. This is made of a lighter weight which I love. It is hard enough to lift a 17 LB Turkey out of the oven, but when you use a heavy weighted roasting pan it is really hard. This is a non-stick surface so it is also easy to clean. I make my gravy in the roasting pan after I take the Turkey out and this one is easy to place on my stove top over two burners on low to make my gravy. I have my really old roaster (over 70 years old) made of clad aluminum that I have used forever and ever for every thing and it is huge (you can’t buy one this big now) and it is too big for the smaller oven we have at our cabin, but this new one is perfect for the oven. Totally recommend.

I was apprehensive about the cleanup for this type of pan, but it is so easy to clean! I wish there were a smaller version of this, however. It’s much to big for typical use – nice for Thanksgiving Turkey, though!!
