This pan is easy to use, but it is a little floppy when it is full, be careful when putting it in the oven, also, you should get two of them. I used one to bake garlic monkey bread and it still smells like garlic, even after going through the dishwasher. I will need my second one to bake cakes in.Otherwise, they are fabulous for baking. No sticking, and brown your stuff perfectly.

Beautiful and cakes come right out but I use bakerâs joy spray. The only problem is that most of the recipes are for much larger pans. It canât hold the 10 cup recipes. I had to look around the internet to find a smaller recipe. Bummer because I love the pan. Iâm going to get a larger one so I can take advantage of all the gorgeous cake recipes.
