The quality of the knives are great. They all came out the box sharp and clean, glad I got them on a sale. Fit my hands nicely without slipping or turning. The look of the knives are perfect for my style.Only bad thing about this order was the Santuko blade has a pretty bad chip in it. For the price would expect no chips in them

First and foremost, this is a beautiful knife set and is very sharp out of the box, however I had one steak knife that was slightly warped in the blade. This was resolved quickly by Amazon with a knife replacement.Now I almost didn’t purchase this set because of some lack of information and some that was inaccurate. The knife handles are not plastic but are made of Pakkawood. The blades have a hardness of HRC 58~60. Also anyone who is thinking of buying this set should really look at Shan Zu’s website on the items specifications because it has so much more information on there than here.And yes, it is German Stainless Steel.MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCEEach knife has some weight to it which is lovely, the blade itself is strong and sharp. It truly is a beautiful set. I will update of course if I notice any sign of rust or other imperfections.SHAN ZU: You would sell ample more knife sets if all the information about the set is exactly like the website because I for one won’t touch plastic handles which if I breadths listing at face value I would not have touched it but I noticed the picture of the handle on here not looking plastic and I did some research on the product.Thanks guys!

Mir gefällt das Design sehr gut und man hatte alles was man so alltägliche an Messern braucht zusammen in einem schönen Messerblock. Die Messer selbst sind gut verarbeitet und bringen Masse mit. Die Schärfe der Klingen ist gut sodass man einfach auch groÃe Fleischsstück zerteilen kann. Die Steakmesser eignen sich super am Essentisch und sind mit der Wellenform sehr gut zum Schneiden auf dem Teller. Die Schere habe ich bisher für mein Road Kill Chicken verwendet und damit bin ich problemlos durch die Knochen durch gekommen. Das geätzte Muster kommt auch bei den Freunden mega gut an und die kleine Gravur am Messerblock komplettiert das Desing.
