The toughest thing that we normally cut are very crisp apples. This Victorinox goes right through them with minimum effort. My wife has small hands, and this handle is easy for her to hold. My hands are fairly large, and it fits my grip easily, also. Will get a couple more of these. This is absolutely a quality knife!

I love this knife! Iâve used the paring knives for years but decided to try this serrated knife out. What a wonderful knife for cutting soft fruits or vegetables.
