Great, nonstick, used 20 times and no complaints
I got this because the standard bread loaf was just not big enough, and I was baking it too often. This size is perfect! This pan is a little larger than 2x the volume of a standard Pullman loaf pan (we actually have 3 different pullman pan sizes at home, bought from 3 different brand names, but all of the pans are identical in construction, feel, everything but the one stamp in the metal, theyre identical to the other ones on Amazon with the diagonal striations and very mild salmon colored metal… its just this is the large version), which works for our household because my wife and I both eat sandwiches for lunch, so we go through a lot of bread and this size allows me to only bake it about once a week (with the dough conditioners, and another technique, the bread doesn’t go stale since we put it in a plastic bread bag on day 2… diagonal striations are nice looking on the crust of the bread, construction is good, non-stick, just make sure to read the care instructions. All in all in all excellent product, I wouldnt change a thing! 3/5 stars
