I love these pans
One purchaser in a review commented that these pans will last a long time if you do not abuse them. Do not put them in the dishwasher. Nothing higher than medium heat if you want to cook a steak, use your cast iron. Use teflon utensils. These pans are also lightweight and great for eggs and sausage, sautéeing, light frying of any kind, nothing sticks. I wipe out any grease or food once cooked and wash lightly with dish detergent and water. The nonstick surface makes clean up so easy. Dry and put away with a paper towel separating the pans so they donât scratch. These are my favorite pans and I use them daily. They are very durable if you follow the instructions that come with the pans. Mine have lasted, a year old and the nonstick surface is still good, the bottoms of the pans are still pretty clean. Handle size and design is very comfortable. They were packaged well. Keep the round cardboard that separated the pans in shipping (for separating tops and bottoms of your pans in the cupboard) Itâs a great price for all that you get. I am very pleased with the quality of these pans. I bought a second set because a couple of things a year I need two 10 inch pans at the same time.Update: These pans are still as good as the day they were delivered. I use the larger ones two to three times a week, smaller twice a week. Surface is still flawless. Again I do not use temps above med to med high, tops. If I need high searing temps again, I use my cast iron. Always handwash which is easy because nothing sticks. I continue to be happy with the quality of these pans. ð

Exceeds expectations. Very nonstick.
This pan is way better than I was expecting. I got a green ceramic pan years ago and was not impressed with its nonstick qualities. But pans of this small size can be a little tippy if they are too lightweight, so I opted for the slightly heavier weight of the ceramic, and have been pleasantly surprised.It is super nonstick right out of the box, with no seasoning. It’s comfortable to hold and well balanced in the hand. It has no tendency to tip, even when empty.It heats up quickly and then holds the heat almost like cast iron. It seems to heat very evenly, without hot or cold spots.There are a couple of minor things which make it fall short of my ideal small pan. One is that it doesn’t work for flipping eggs. It’s a little too bottom heavy for that, and the angle of the sides isn’t made for flipping, so I have to use a spatula. The other is that I wish you could buy a lid for it; I’m making do with a universal glass lid.I have mixed feelings about the handle. The fact that it doesn’t heat up is nice, but I think I might prefer a metal handle so I could put the pan in the oven.Overall, I’m very satisfied with this pan. It’s better than more expensive pans I’ve had and is a bargain at the price. I find myself reaching for this pan first quite often. And I can’t get over how very nonstick it is.

Just what we needed
Arrived in a nice bag suitable for gifting. Handle was detached but screwed in easily and they even included a real screwdriver. Pan is solid and attractive. Has only been used once so far, to sauté mushrooms, and it worked fine and cleaned up well. Very happy with this purchase at a reasonable price.

This pan is attractive and sturdy and cooks well. I love that it came with a great screwdriver to attach, is too small the handle. Unfortunately , it does not come with a lid, and the lid that I had from the 10â skillet Iâm replacing is too small. ð¥²

I wanted to find a frying pan that did not have all the unhealthy side effects of black cookware. I found this frying pan and truly love it. The food never sticks to it and slides out easily. One thing to remember is that you need to use low to medium-low flame when cooking. This helps the pan last much longer (or so I’m told). It washes with just a few swipes of a sponge. I mostly cook cheese omelets in it and the cheese that gets on the pan does not stick at all. I really like this pan and intend to get a smaller one of the same kind. I recommend this for your good health.
