Incorrect info in description
I havenât used this yet but in the description it says dishwasher safe and oven safe to 600deg but the instructions inside the pan says hand wash only and oven safe to 450, do not broil. I havenât decided if those are deal breakers for me yet but thought itâs something others should know before they buy.

Cute Color, Functional Size and Easy to Clean
I love the color of this pan, it goes perfectly with my retro kitchen. That was honestly the main reason I picked it up, but it’s a very nice roasting pan all around.I purchased a set of aqua Green Life non-stick pots and pans about 8 years ago when I moved into my first apartment, and I still use them all the time. Overtime the skillets I used daily did lose their non-stick power and were replaced (honestly I probably didn’t take the best care of them and always put them in the dishwasher) The sauce pans and pots I’ve never had any issues and still use all the time. A roasting pan isn’t something I necessarily need to be non-stick so I didn’t have any reservations in getting this pan. This is a very nice aluminum coated pan, it’s lightweight but still substantial. The handles and rack are good quality stainless steel. The size is also great too, I’ve roasted a small chicken in this and it was almost comical how much room there was, you could easily fit a turkey. It’s very easy to clean, I won’t be putting the pan in the dishwasher this time around. The rack is perfectly dishwasher safe. This gets to my only criticism, the directions that are included with the pan contradict the listing here in several places. The listing claims it is dishwasher safe, The instructions say the non-stick pan is handwash only. The listing says it’s oven safe up to 600 degrees, the printed instructions say 450 and no broiler. Personally I will err on the side of caution and follow the guidance that came with the pan. It’s not a big deal to me, but it is worth mentioning.Overall nice, cute pan, I enjoy Green Pan’s quality and safety consciousness with their materials, I think it will hold up well, especially if taken care of.

Nice size, pretty color
Iâm really going to date myself when I say my other roasting pan has a lid and absolutely pulverizes any food you cook in it unless itâs cooked low and slow. Now sometimes that works to my advantage (Italian chicken stew or sweet potatoes and turkey breast) but most of the time it just overcooks things which was why I was so excited to find this roasting pan. Large with nice handles and a heavy rack, Iâm imagining a beautiful turkey this Thanksgiving. We normally cook something in the 18-20 lb range and itâs certainly big enough for that. Iâm unfamiliar with this line of cookware and was surprised by the Care and Use pamphlet. I actually felt a little overwhelmed when I read all the possible ways I could damage this pretty pan. Itâs doable but a bit more complicated than Iâm used to and I definitely wonât let my husband near it. I will also need to rethink my gravy making, as the old pan could withstand the heat of a burner long enough to thicken it. The color is pretty and quite an upgrade from my drab old turkey roaster. Change is good and Iâm hoping to be able to enjoy this pan for many years to come. I will definitely be keeping the care guide until I get used to it.

Good pan and good finish but some unclear instructions
This is an aluminum roasting pan with a non-stick ceramic finish. It is lightweight, which suits me because once I add a lot of food to a big pan like this, I appreciate that the pan itself is light. There are some problems with the description on the product page vs the care and use instructions that came with the pan. Two of the mistakes are right in the title: there are no soft grip handles. The handles are plain stainless steel and thereâs nothing soft about them, but they are well balanced, securely attached, and easy to grip. The second mistake is that it says this pan is dishwasher safe but the care and use instructions say hand wash only. Itâs impossible to know which instructions are correct.Moving on to the online âProduct detailsâ it says oven safe to 600° F, but the care & use instruction say up to 450° F and that the pan is not broiler safe. Again, impossible to know for sure which instruction are correct. One thing mentioned in the Care & Use instructions that I did not see on the web page is that youâre not supposed to put it on the stovetop, which will preclude adding water or stock to the drippings to make a gravy. It actually says ânot suitable to put on stovetops, so Iâll probably take my chances with that, keeping the burners on a low setting. On a more positive note, I appreciate that the ceramic coating is safe to use and works as expected. I roasted a pan full of Italian sausages for 33 minutes at 400° F. The sausages were nicely browned, and it was a snap to clean the pan. Some of the drippings looked black and burned on, but that was not the case. The burnt part just lifted right off the pan in one piece. I like that to help protect our environment, the pan is made from recycled aluminum. I also like that there is a stainless-steel cooking rack included. All in all, I am happy with this pan, and I expect the pan and the ceramic finish will last for a long time, so despite the unclear instructions, I am giving the pan 5 stars because of its light weight, the cooking results, and the ease of cleaning the ceramic finish. Meanwhile, I will limit the temperature to 450° F, and I typically wouldnât put a large pan like this in the dishwasher anyway, so that is a non-issue for me.
