I LOVE this pan! I cook with this pan all the time. Steaks are superbly cooked on this pan. I do not have a problem with any residue sticking but I do use it on medium heat to cook, never high. Wonderful product!

Healthy Non Stick Pan
I own 3 Green Pans — large, small and now I purchased a grill version as well. I bought my first two after I realized how many chemicals we consume from food cooked on the usual non stick pans. I started noticing that my T-fal pans absorb so much scent from the dishwashing soap so they must be very porous.So I decided to give the Green Pan a try and never regretted it. I know many people complain about it stop being non stick after some time, but I think this is because they wash theirs in the dishwasher. The manufacturer recommends HAND WASHING these pans, even though they are dishwasher safe. So I only hand wash mine and they look great and still non stick after about 6 months of 3-4 times a week use.

difficult to clean
I have had green grill pan for about 9 months and it becomes increasingly difficult to get it clean. I am now at the point where I will get rid of it. I fixed hamburgers and could not get the debris left behind out of the crevices and sides of the pan. I even used oven cleaner.
