Why? Because it is beautifully crafted and very presentable. It has a very shiny and smooth finish. It is nice to know that it doesnât contain toxic chemicals. It also is the perfect size. The handles are very sturdy. Very well made. Price is a quite high for me so I was glad it went on sale.

Very Good Product…especially if you get it on sale
To be fair I was initially concerned based on the weight. It just didn’t feel like every roasting pan I’d had prior to this, but it quickly became obvious that it was well made, and surprisingly easy to clean. It easily handled our 18 pound spatchcocked turkey.One minor flaw here is that the handles on the wire rack fold over in both directions. Not a deal breaker, but kind of odd.

Used it for the first time today and was very pleased. I expected it to be a little heavier but the lighter weight makes it easy to handle. It is large enough to probably handle up to an 18 pound turkey and accommodated a 12+ prime rib without a problem.A very bad thing that has nothing to do with the pan is the QR registration code. It asked for a credit card which was not supposed to be charged. The QR code took me to a site for software and apps which I was not interested in. Within 15 minutes of registering, I got a fraud alert from my credit card company for an unauthorized charge. This was a brand new replacement card that had never been used before.Register yours online and not with the QR code.

I recently purchased this roasting pan. I could not be any happier with it.It looks amazing and the quality is fantastic. The rack is super functional and the way the handles are set up to pick it all up at once is great. Super easy clean up too. I used this pan in the oven for roasted chicken and on my BBQ and smoker with outstanding results! This is the last roasting pan you will ever need to buy for sure!!!

Take note if you have a smaller oven: the real length of this is 43cm from handle to handle. The product listing states 37.6cm, wildly inaccurate. Will not fit in my 41cm wide oven. Very frustrated I have to return this item now.
